 | STRATEGIC CAPABILITY ENHANCEMENT PROGRAMME & EFFECTIVE STRATEGIES FOR INTERNATIONAL PARTNER MANAGEMENT WORKSHOPS - THURSDAY 3 & FRIDAY 4 JULY 2008 The DMA is currently proposing to work with International Consultancy Group (ICG) on organising two one-day workshops, in early-July. The first (“Strategic Capability Enhancement”, due to take place on Thursday 3rd July) is targeted at firms in the defence sector who want to enhance and encourage strategic thinking in the development of international markets for defence -orientated products/ services and identify the critical factors relating to strategic marketing. This will feature 4 focused sessions (covering prioritising markets, developing presence/routes to market, developing international strategies and interactive strategy development) intended to stimulate fresh thinking within a strategic framework and to provide a commercial context for developing business in the international arena, followed by a forum discussion on the issues raised. |
