P.P. PLASMA NAMED COMPANY OF THE YEAR

P.P. Plasma, specialist process profilers in plasma, laser and waterjet cutting, based in Manchester, has won a prestigious award at the recent NDI Annual Conference, ‘The Defence Supply Network – A Vital Part of the Nation’s Recovery’.

Lieutenant General Dick Applegate, a former Ministry of Defence Chief of Materiel (Land) and Quartermaster-General to the Forces, who also gave the after dinner speech to the 250 conference delegates, presented the NDI Company of the Year Award 2010 to P.P. Plasma Managing Director, Pete McCabe.

Commenting on P.P. Plasma’s award, Pete McCabe said, ‘Winning the NDI Company of the Year award recognised in front of some of the industry’s finest the effort of making P.P. Plasma the successful company it is today.’

Announcing the award NDI Managing Director, Robin Fox, said ‘P.P. Plasma has achieved levels of performance in all aspects of its operations that are class leading and we are very proud to count them as a member of NDI. Investing through their own resources in the very best technology, to maintain their efficiency and market differentiation, their organic growth curve in the last five years has been very dramatic.’
