Become a Member
Membership of NDI is on an annual basis starting from the date we receive your application form, confidentiality agreement and payment.
We encourage our members to be proactive and like to develop a two-way relationship with them. The more you put in – the more you will get out of the relationship. NDI is an informal and approachable organisation and we encourage members to visit our offices or telephone the team whenever advice and guidance is needed.
To get the most from your membership you should attend events. Not only will you learn about forthcoming projects and opportunities but you will also have a valuable opportunity to meet other companies.
Joining NDI is a simple process: To start, we need your completed application form which also provides basic information for your website entry. We also ask all applicants to sign a confidentiality agreement which provides a basic framework of trust and openness between the members which is very important to us all. This means we are able to openly share information on projects with you and invite you to events. We also give new members an opportunity to join the company on a limited liability basis (maximum £1 liability) which entitles you to vote at the NDI AGM. We encourage members to take up this option but it is not compulsory.
Finally, as a new member we encourage you to introduce your company to other NDI members via a short article in the NDI Bulletin. Copies of the application form are downloadable below in Word and PDF form. After opening the Word version of the Membership Application form please ensure that you "enable macros" to allow you to input your data into the form.
You will be sent the other forms by return when we receive your application form. Our policy is to visit all new members within the first month of their membership. To view this form you may need to download the latest Adobe Acrobat Reader.
